Our New Guest Postwoman…

Monday, January 14th, 2008

We’re rolling out the welcome mat for our new Guest Postwoman, Raven Hanson.

If the name sounds familiar, it’s because you’ve probably heard her on the airwaves as a deejay for 987. Now based in Hong Kong, the multi-talented lass has also acted in short films, written for various magazines and done modelling.

Of her new gig as Guest Postwoman, Raven says she wants to hear from netizens out there who love a good challenge and aren’t afraid to make a great argument for or against any topic they feel strongly about.

So watch this space for Raven’s inaugural post!

The New Paper Show Team says Hello!

Saturday, December 29th, 2007

As we say “Hello 2008!”, we’ll also be revamping this site from Monday onwards to introduce to you our new Postwomen - the Show Girls from The New Paper’s Show team.

The girls - Jeanmarie Tan, Chang May Choon, Avis Wong, Wendy Teo and Sheela Narayanan - will be regularly posting on this site to seek your comments on various issues in the entertainment and lifestyle world.

We also bid adieu to our lovely Guest Postwoman Simone Heng who has been an invaluable presence on this site. Don’t worry, she’s promised to pop back for special appearances once in awhile!

In the pipeline are celebrity Guest Postwomen who will share with us their ideas, comments and questions.

And as always, we hope you will continue to visit this site regularly and give us your views because it’s always about the reader ie. YOU!

In the meantime, Happy New Year and all the best for 2008!

Mail Call

Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007

Hi there, thanks for stopping by our post stop.

This is your place to swap ideas, thoughts and opinions with The New Paper Show team on all the rumbles in the entertainment and lifestyle world.

Whether it’s about Fann Wong’s new hairdo (love it or hate it?), Britney Spears’ latest shenanigans (do you care about her anymore?) or high-waisted jeans (hip trend or 80s relic?), it’s all about what YOU and what YOU think.

You can also see your comments in print in The New Paper. Just look out for the Postwoman column in the Show pages.

But please, keep your discussions focused on the topic of the day and free of vulgarities or spam. We also welcome e-mails to us at tnpshow@sph.com.sg

And so that we can keep in touch with you, please share with us a little bit about yourself - who you are, how old you are and what you do and of course, a number or e-mail addy where we can reach you.
